Processing & Shipping

- Order processing begins once the pre-order event has ended.
- Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
- Shipping times vary depending on your selected shipping method and destination.
Changes & Cancellations
Because your order is reserved specifically for you, pre-orders cannot be canceled or modified once processing has begun.
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the hygienic nature of raw hair extensions, all pre-order purchases are final sale.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened, worn, altered, or used hair.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
